As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Functional Nutritional & Lifestyle Counselor, I help women release excess weight without fad diets or prescription medications.

I am an Instructor at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, currently teaching Auriculotherapy and Hypnotherapy.  I am excited with my completion of Certification Training, Level 1 & Level 2 at Thrive.

I live in Mesa, Arizona with my husband of 30+ years and our feline Romeo.  We enjoy riding our Harley Davidson motorcycles, supporting our military & veterans, while living the dream in the Valley of the Sun.
